NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT)
Sealed item rate tender are hereby invited for Construction of GIS Seema- Rantari-II Cluster Village Rantari PO Seema D.B Rohru Distt. Shimla (HP) PIN- 171207 under HPHDP for or the following works from the eligible contractors/ firms enlisted in Jal Shakti Vibhag or HPPWD or CPWD in the appropriate class so as the reach in office on or before 10-05-2023 upto 12:00 PM and same will be opened on the date 10-05-2023 at 12:30 PM for below listed work, which shall be opened in the office of SMS Hort. Rohru D.B Rohru Distt. Shimla H.P. The application form can be had from WUA President to 10-06-2023, 05:00 PM. The technical and financial bid shall be enclosed in sealed covers separatly in single envelope.
1 Registration in GST.
2 Valid Pan number and income Tax Clearance Certificate
3 The performance Security should accompany with the document in the shape of FD/National Saving Certificate /DAC of any post office of H.P duly pledged in the name of WUA President Seema- Rantari-II
4 Copy of enlishment /renewal of registration shall accompany with the application for obtaining the tender documents.
5 The conditional tender will summarily be rejected . The undersigned has right to accept or reject one or all the tender without assigning any reason.
6 The quoted rates shall be inclusive of all taxes.
