Description: The contract concerns the supply and implementation of an integrated human resources and payroll system for the contracting authority. The scope includes configuration and installation of the system, migration of data from existing solutions, integration with other core systems, comprehensive testing, user training and commissioning. The contractor will be responsible for hosting and operating the system, including maintenance, support, security updates and further development throughout the contract period, as well as orderly closure of the service and return of all data at the end of the contract. The solution shall provide a modern and efficient platform that offers a complete overview of staff and organisational structure and supports accurate and timely salary payments with minimal manual work and administrative effort. Tenders must cover all costs related to implementation, operation, support and further development of the system for the entire duration of the contract.
