         The project includes operation and maintenance services in Hvalfjordur tunnel. That includes e.g.:

         • Call out service, i.e. to respond to calls due to failures or incidents that occur.

         • Traffic management when the tunnels are closed or traffic restricted through them, e.g. due to inspections and/or maintenance.

         • Participation and assistance for meetings and exercises of emergency responders.

         • Regular inspections and audits.

         • Maintenance work.

         Scope of the work:

         Daily inspection (5 days a week)- 260 days

         Regular audits – 13 audits

         Traffic management – 220 hours

         Maintenance work – 600 hours
