Pre-Market Engagement - Enterprise Asset Management Solution

Isavia ohf. is a private limited company with 100 percent state ownership and is the national operator of Keflavik International Airport (KEF) in Iceland. Isavia intends to buy a standardized EAM system with a focus on preventive and predictive maintenance. ERP functionality is also needed for financial, procurement and human resources respective. A part from assets such as regular equipment and systems related to buildings we also have outside assets like runways, taxiways, lights and etc. that also need to be managed, therefor the assets in the solution need to be accessible from location in a GIS map of an area and BIM modules. We are looking for a solution that is already installed and used broadly in an airport that we can have reference from.

To keep the simplification of updating the cloud solution, we are looking for a solution that is configurable but any customizations, if needed, will be done outside of the core solution itself. A well-defined interface to the solution for data flow is also needed. As part of the preparation of the procurement process and to inform suppliers about the intended procurement, Isavia invites interested parties with the relevant experience to participate in this pre-market engagement (PME) by answering few questions regarding the forth coming project. Relevant experience refers to someone who has a solution which has already been installed and used broadly in an airport. Information received will help Isavia to better understand the market and provide input into the procurement strategy.
