• The Government of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the One Health Guyana Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Motor Vehicles

• The Project Executing Unit of the Guyana One Health Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Motor Vehicles

• Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, Seventh Edition, September 2025. (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

• Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from The Procurement Officer, Guyana One Health Project, Ministry of Health by email at procurement.goh2025@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours 08:00hrs to 15:00hrs, Monday to Friday at the address given below.

• A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be uplifted by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the email address procurement.goh2025@gmail.com.

• Qualifications requirements include (but are not limit to): Submission of NIS and GRA Compliances (for Bidders registered in Guyana), Valid Business or Company Registration, experience, financial and technical capacity. A margin of preference for certain goods manufactured domestically shall not be applied. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD$12,000.00 or GYD$2,400,000.00. which shall be submitted in the envelope with the Technical Part. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Document.

• Bids must be delivered to the address below (b) on or before Tuesday May 19, 2026 at 09:00hrs. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened on Tuesday May 19, 2026 at 09:00hrs. at the address below (b) in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below (b).
