Background
Grenada, a small island nation facing climate change, economic vulnerabilities, and natural disasters, aims to foster economic growth and resilience through digital transformation. In collaboration with the World Bank, the Government of Grenada is implementing the Digital Government for Resilience Project (DG4R). This initiative focuses on three main components. Firstly, it establishes the foundational framework for modernizing public service delivery across the entire government. This includes creating technical, institutional, legal, and regulatory structures necessary for digital government adoption.
Leveraging this groundwork, the project aims to deliver priority services to citizens through digital technologies. This involves introducing selected digital services accessible through various channels, including in post-disaster scenarios.
The project aims to enhance institutional capacity and coordination to manage the digital transformation effectively. This includes bolstering the public sector"s technical and project management capabilities and promoting digital literacy among citizens and businesses. Grenada seeks to unlock new pathways for economic growth and development through these efforts while building resilience to external challenges.
Scope of works
The Consultant in conducting the assignment is required to carry out the following tasks:

Qualification and Experience Requirements
The Government of Grenada now invites individual consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services (attach curriculum vitae describing experience in similar assignments, similar conditions, etc.). Firms may propose qualified individual consultants for this assignment – one individual consultant per firm. In all cases, only the experience and qualifications of individuals shall be considered in the selection process.
