Provision, installation, and commissioning of a story-centric Newsroom Computer System (NRCS)

Description: The proposed solution shall be a fully on-premise, story-centric newsroom and publishing platform. The solution shall be designed with a digital-first focus to support rapid content creation, transformation and distribution across online and social channels, while remaining securely accessible to authorised external contributors, including journalists and remote editors. The system must enable a seamless transition from content acquisition through to multi-platform digital publication, with broadcast playout operating as an integrated extension of the core workflow. The system must be scalable with initial requirements of 10 concurrent journalist/editorial seats. A detailed training plan must also be provided.
