IT3636F – RFT to establish a Single Supplier Framework for the Provision of Time and Attendance Application and Related Goods for the Department of Education and Youth (DEY)

Description: Tenders are sought for the Provision of Time and Attendance Applications for the Department of Education and Youth (DEY), the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science (DFHERIS) and the State Examinations Commission (SEC). In summary, the Services required comprise: (a) Time and Attendance applications to manage the following:- (i) Flexible Working Hours arrangements (ii) Rigid work patterns (iii) Non-clocking attendance (b) Installation and configuration of clocking terminals or updating of current clocking terminals (c) Extension of the Time and Attendance system, including installation/configuration of additional terminals in other offices as and when required (d) Hardware support for Clocking terminals (e) Application support (f) Additional development if required (g) Provision of both cloud-based (DEY / DFHERIS) and ‘on premises’ (SEC) solutions.
