Digital for Business Programme

Description: Appointment to a single-party Framework for the provision of consultant led support to clients of Carlow County Council Local Enterprise Office Digital for Business Programme. Digital for Business aims to provide strategic intervention for businesses to: • assist them identify where they are on their digital business journey • develop a digital adaptation plan based on their identified need • implement their digital adaptation plan with support of Grow Digital voucher. The project scope should be developed further between the business and the consultant and agreed with Local Enterprise Office Carlow. The duration of each assignment will be decided by the Local Enterprise Office based on terms and the needs of the client but will be a maximum of 12 weeks unless agreed in advance. On completion of an assignment the consultant will complete a ‘Digital Adaptation Plan’ for the client on an online portal to be advised by Local Enterprise Office Carlow. This ‘Digital Adaptation Plan’ will identify a specific intervention which would be eligible for grant support under the ‘Grow Digital’ scheme. This ‘Digital Adaptation Plan’ must also clearly identify all elements of the plan which were generated by Artificial Intelligence and were not the original work of the consultant. The consultant will also complete an application for the ‘Grow Digital’ scheme on behalf of the client as part of this assignment.
