Description: The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) invites proposals from interested parties to provide a QMS software solution to support central document control, audit management, and full compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management Standard ISO 9001. The Authority’s programme of work sets out its commitment to improve its processes and performance through aligning itself with the Quality Management Standard IS0 9001. To support this, the HSA seeks to procure a Document Management System (DMS) that supports the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. The solution must ensure controlled, secure, traceable, and auditable management of documents and records throughout their lifecycle.
