Description: The works forming the subject matter of this contract involves the upgrading the existing carpark and walkway to Aughnanure Castle. The works to include all associated services. The building works is to consist of the following, which is more clearly outlined below and on the associated drawings. • Remove all existing OPW signage and reinstate after. • Remove existing timber fence and depose offsite. • Remove the vegetation marked on DWG 8752-6001. • Remove existing timber gate and depose offsite. • Supply and install new steel mesh fence and gate. • Supply and install new porous asphalt as per details on DWG 8752-6002 • Supply and install new stone chipping around trees. • Supply and install silt fencing • Supply and install 2.no ducts and chambers • Supply and install new retaining wall beside bridge. • Supply and install new bike rack and shelter. • Supply and install new kerbs, drop kerbs and footpath.
