Request for Tender for the Provision of Hotel and Conference Facilities

Description: The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a panel from which it may source service providers for the provision of suitable venues to host Conferences, meetings and provide accommodation. The British-Irish Parliamentary Assembly (BIPA) is a forum to promote co-operation between senior political representatives in Britain and Ireland. Its members engage in a wide range of non legislative parliamentary activities, through plenary meetings and ongoing Committee work. Bi-annual Plenary meetings alternate between Ireland and the UK. The Contracting Authority intends to source service providers for the provision of suitable venues to host a BIPA Plenary Conference in the South and West regions of Ireland. The venues must be able to provide accommodation, conference facilities, meeting rooms, and catering during the conference. Venues must be within easy reach of international airports.
