Description: The scheme involves reshaping the existing public realm to integrate sustainable drainage features such as detention basins and rain gardens to manage runoff, to enhance biodiversity through native planting and habitat creation and to increase public amenity through traffic management. The designs include, but are limited to the following: • Drainage and Ducting diversion and installation • Road Pavement • Kerbs, Footpaths and Paved Areas • Extensive Landscape Planting using predominately native Tree and Shrub Species. • Installation of benches and play equipment.
