Description: Dublin City Council is seeking to establish a Single Party Framework for Operating and Managing a Market at Moore Street for a period of four years. An initial contract will be awarded for a one year period with the option, at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council, to extend for a further two periods of one year each. Please note that the option to extend will be at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council.
