Description: The Institute of Public Administration proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Single-Party Framework Agreement for the implementation, maintenance and support of a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and related services. • A cloud hosted (vendor or self-hosted) solution for the Contracting Authority learning needs • Implementation of the service(s), including migration of legacy data from the Contracting Authorities existing learning systems. • Robust data governance and cyber security continuous monitoring and incident response • Training on the use of the LXP System – in the short term, the number of Contracting Authority super users / admin users of the functionality is likely to be between 20 and 30 users. The number of users is expected to expand over time. The Contracting Authority is open to a “Train the Trainer” model • End-to-end managed service for the hosting, licencing, maintenance, development and support of the Contracting Authority"s learning experience platform. • Additional features and potential future enhancements. • Any related Services deemed necessary to support the application over the life of the framework. Please note: The description of the required services in this document is not exhaustive but is intended to give interested parties a general overview of the Contracting Authority’s requirements for the duration of the Framework, to cover current and future innovations. Further detail on the required services will be provided at a later stage of this competition.
