Description: The National Concert Hall invites proposals from suitably qualified companies to bid for the contract to provide cleaning services at Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2. The National Concert Hall is Ireland’s most prestigious venue and now stages over 1,000 events annually with audiences in excess of 300,000. The current facilities include the Main Auditorium with a capacity of 1,200, the John Field Room with a capacity of 250, the Kevin Barry Recital Room with a capacity of 120, the Studio with a capacity of 170 and the Carolan Room, which is primarily used for corporate hospitality and receptions, hosts up to 100 people. NCH are offering a contract until Dec 31st, 2026, with the possibility of a further 6-month extension depending on the final date of closure to facilitate major redevelopment works. A period of three years of construction will then follow
