Description: Supply and fitting of Marmoleum Real Sheet with self-levelling compound to 16 classroom floors, 2 corridors and steps and as outlined below with epoxy DPM to basement / ground floor classrooms following the full removal by others of existing vinyl floor tiles with Asbestos Containing adhesive. approx 1086m2. Your itemised quotation is to be returned by 13:00 Thursday 13th November 2025 on eTenders with details of proposed products to Sean Lane, Principal, St Colman’s College, Fermoy, principal@stcolmanscollege.com and cc to sgeary@hayeshiggins.ie to include for the following Prepare floor following removal and grinding down by others of existing vinyl floor tiles with Asbestos Containing Adhesives Supply and install self-levelling compound Supply and install epoxy DPM to manufacturer’s instructions to basement / ground floors where required Supply and Install Marmoleum Real Sheet to match existing classrooms to colour to be chosen by St Colman’s College Removal and safe disposal of all excess materials Leaving classroom in a condition which can be reoccupied by the school All Health and Safety Documentation, including CSHSP, AF2, RAMS etc Currently it is expected that all works will take place during the February Mid Term Break Saturday 14th February to Saturday 21st February 2026 Subject to Department of Education Funding Approval.
