Architect Led Multi Disciplinary Team for Consultancy Services Delivery of Four NZEB Concept Design Manufacturing Buildings #2

Description: The IDA is seeking proposals for the design and delivery of four concept manufacturing buildings. Each building must have a gross floor area between 30,000 and 50,000 square feet. In addition, each building must be designed to accommodate a future extension of up to 50 percent of its original size. This extension must meet all the same requirements as the original building (previously delivered), including compliance with NZEB and ZEB standards, sustainability targets, and design principles. The buildings must comply with a range of legislative and strategic frameworks. These include, but are not limited to, the Irish Building Regulations – Part L (Buildings Other Than Dwellings), the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) (EU/2024/1275), and the IDA Ireland Climate Action Plan. This list is non-exhaustive, and tenderers are expected to demonstrate awareness of and alignment with all other relevant national and European sustainability policies, standards, and guidance documents.
