Εγγύηση καλής λειτουργίας για κάθε κινητήρα για τουλάχιστον 2 έτη απο την ημερομηνία παραλαβής,χρονικό διάστημα κατά το οποίο ο προμηθευτής είναι υποχρεωμένος για την επισκευή ή αντικατάσταση κάθε εξαρτήματος ή μέρους αυτών, λόγω βλάβης ή φθοράς που προέρχεται απο ελαττώματα του υλικού.Όλα τα ανταλλακτικά του κινητήρα να καλύπτονται απο εγγύηση καλής λειτουργίας τουλάχιστον 2 ετών απο την ημερομηνία παράδοσης τους στις ΕΔ ή εγκατάστασής τους απο εξουσιοδοτημένο συνεργείο

Οι απαιτήσεις για την ασφάλεια εφοδιασμού εξειδικεύουν τα διαλαμβανόμενα των διατάξεων του άρθρου 36 του ν.3978/11.Για την ασφάλεια πληροφοριών οι υποψήφιοι υποχρεούνται να συμπεριλάβουν στο φάκελο των τεχνικών προσφορών , υπεύθυνη δήλωση με την οποία λαμβάνουν γνώση και δεσμεύονται επί των καθοριζομένων στο άρθρο 35 του ν.3978/11
