      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         The present call for tenders aims at acquiring guard services for the security of the Cedefop premises. Additionally, specialised personnel of the security company will be providing assistance at the reception desk. In more details, the services to be acquired under the specific call for tenders are described below:

         • for security guard services: 28 hours per calendar day, corresponding to estimated 10 220 hours per year, equivalent to 40 880 hours for a 4-year period;

         • for reception desk assistance services: 12 hours per working day, corresponding to estimated 2 904 hours per year, equivalent to 11 616 hours for a 4-year period (Cedefop’s working days are approximately 242 per year);

         • for additional (on demand and emergency) security guard and reception services: 132 hours per year, equivalent to 528 hours for a 4-year period.
