• The Government of the Republic of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Ghana Digital Acceleration Project (GDAP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply of Office Equipment & Vehicle for the Ghana Meteorological Agency. The Ministry of Communications and Digitalisation (MoCD) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the following:

• The bid is packaged as follows:

• Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” 5th Edition Revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the address below and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1700 at the address given below
• The bidding document in English may be downloaded or emailed free of charge. Soft copies of the bidding documents are available online from the website (www.moc.gov.gh), but hard copies may additionally be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢500.00. The method of payment will be cash or bank draft in the name of the Ministry of Communications and Digitalisation.
• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 a.m. local time on April 11, 2024. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.
• All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2%.
• Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.”
