Description: TenneT is one of the Top 5 transmission system operators in Europe. TenneT is the owner of high-voltage grids in the Netherlands and major parts of Germany. This requires continuous investments in maintenance and grid development Projects to reduce interference and outages as much as possible and thereby ensure quality and stability. TenneT is therefore responsible for several grid development and maintenance Projects with national and international reach. As a transmission system operator, TenneT holds a key role in supplying Germany with electricity, positioned as an indispensable player and enabler for German infrastructure, industry, the service sector and private households.  The subject of this tender is the procurement of a SaaS solution that enables intelligent search, display, and navigation across very large volumes of technical documentation (260,000+ documents) as a central access point to existing source systems (e.g., DMS/CDE). The scope includes integration with automated synchronization and delta processing, advanced search (full‑text, facets, pattern/shape recognition) with automated cross‑reference detection and OCR, and an integrated viewer with clickable hotspots. The solution must be cloud‑first with data processed within the EEA, support RBAC with SSO for internal and external users, and meet stringent security, compliance, and service management requirements.
