II.2.4)Description of the procurement at the time of conclusion of the contract:

Die Ausschreibung umfasst alle notwendigen Leistungen der Innenputzarbeiten im Teilneubau/ Anbau. Hierzu

gehören Vorarbeiten und Untergrundvorbereitung, Kalkzementputz Q2 geglättet, sowie notwendiges Zubehör

als fix und fertig Leistung.

Geplant ist, dass der AN nach seiner Beauftragung und einer Einarbeitungszeit von ca. 2 Wochen gemeinsam

mit der Objektüberwachung des AG die Baustelle besichtigt, sich vor Ort kurz abstimmt und für die

übertragenen Leistungen einen ersten Überblick verschafft.

Vor dem Beginn der Arbeiten ist zudem ein Vorbegehungstermin ca. 2 Wochen vor Baustart einzuplanen um die

Vorleistungen zu sichten und eventuelle Mängel an diesen anzuzeigen. Der AN hat die Vorunternehmerleistung

ggf. gemeinsam mit der Objektüberwachung des AG zu prüfen und die Leistung des Vorunternehmers als

direkte Vorleistung für seine Arbeiten ggf. mit abzunehmen. Der AN wird ggf. auch Teilbereiche der Vorleistung

zum Baustart übernehmen.
