Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Erfordernis einer Musterplanung der Bürobeleuchung aufgrund der erforderlichen Vorleistungen seitens Vermieters (und somit der Leistungserbringung durch Generalplaner), die z.T. rohbaurelevanten Aspekte betreffen (Planung in Bereichen Bauteilaktievierung, Leerrohrplanung). Erfordernist eine DGNB-Zertifizierung- konforme Lichtplanung inkl. Berechnung.Aufgrund der Komplexität des Eingriffs in ein bereits geplantes technisches Systems ist ein Wechsel des AN technisch nicht zielführend.
