Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Herausplanung der 50Hz Anlage aus dem Betonschalthaus in Outdoorschränke. Die Teilleistung wird nur geringfügigangepasst. Die Leistung würde bei Wechsel des AN durch einen Dritten nicht wirtschaftlich darstellbar sein. Die Plangrundlagewurde erstellt und ist technisch vom Bearbeiter des Ingenieubüros dargestellt. Ein Dritter könnte dies nicht ohne Einarbeitungdarstellen. Die Einarbeitung eines Dritten wurde erheblichen Zusatzaufwand und damit verbundene Zusatzkosten mit sich bringen
