Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Zuge der Ausführung und damit einhergehende Fortschreibung der Ausführungsplanung sowie der Statik wurde festgestellt, dass mehr Mattenstahl zum bewehren der Betonwände und -decken statisch erforderlich ist. Insbesondere musste im Bereich Übergang Bestandsgebäude zu Neubau, aufgrund der Gründungssituation, mehr Mattenstahl verbaut werden als ursprünglich angenommen. Der höhere Einheitspreis des Mattenstahls resultiert aus der Corona-Pandemie, welche sich während der Bauausführung ereignete.
