VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Zusätzlichen Aufwand bei der Sicherheitsprogrammierung der Linie 3 in PCS7 dar. Entgegen dem Stand bei der Bestandsturbine fordert die Leittechnik der neuen Turbine eine sicherheitsgerichtete Abschaltung der Turbine (Turbinentripp) bei Überschreitung der Levelstände im Entwässerungsentspanner und im Hotwell Abdampf der Turbine (dies war bei der alten Turbine über die normale Leittechnik realisiert). Daher erhöht sich der Aufwand für die Sicherheitsprogrammierung

Ein Wechsel des Programmieres macht aus wirtschafltichen und technischen Gründen keinen Sinn, da dies Schnittstellen produzieren würden, die im Nachgang nicht abgeglichen oder nachvollzogen werden können (Gewährleistung, Problembehebung etc.) und dadurch zu erheblichen Schwierigkeiten führen würde.Weiterhin handelt es sich hierbei um Sicherheitsrelevante Anlagenteile.
