Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Zuge der Bauausführung wurde entschieden den ursprünglich vorgesehenen Hohlraumboden in den Fluren sowie Treppenräumen des 1.&2. Obergeschoss, im Neubau der Lehrleitstelle, durch das System "Floor and more power N40" zu ersetzen. Der unverzüglich belege reife und begehbare Hohlraumboden beschleunigt den Bauablauf. Um den Anforderungen an die Bauakustik weiterhin gerecht zu werden musste eine zusätzliche Dämmunterlage aus Korkment vorgesehen werden.
