Ein Wechsel des Programmierers macht aus wirtschaftlichen und technischen Gründen keinen Sinn, da dies Schnittstellen produzieren würden, die im Nachgang nicht abgeglichen oder nachvollzogen werden können (Gewährleistung, Problembehebung, Anlagensicherheit etc.).Ebenso würde, da ein anderen AN nicht weiß welche Dokumente nun benötigt werden, es hier zu Verzögerungen und dadurch zu Mehrkosten führen.
