Die Planungen der Stationen Hauptbahnhof, Marienhof, Ostbahnhof und Leuchtenbergring inkl. Gleisanlagen

sowie die Streckenführung / Tunnel / Rettungsschächte / Trogbauwerke sind in grundlegender Weise zu optimieren, um Funktionalität, Baubarkeit, Kostenrahmen sowie Ausführungs- und Inbetriebnahmetermine des

Gesamtprojektes zu sichern. Die beinhaltet:

- Objektplanung Lph 1-4, 6/7 für die oben genannten Stationen;

- Tragwerksplanung Lph 1-3, 6 für die oben genannten Stationen sowie für die Tunnelplanung und

Rettungsschächte;

- TGA-Planung Lph 1-4, 6/7 für die oben genannten Stationen ;

- LST-Planung Lph 1-4 und 6/7 sowie Neuerstellung der PT1-Planung;

- OLA-Planung Lph 3-4 und 6/7 aufgrund notwendiger Anpassungen in der Trassierung, sowie Anpassung von

Rückstromführung, Bahnerdung und Schutzmaßnahmen unterirdisch;

- 50Hz-Planung Lph 1-4 und 6/7 aufgrund vorgenannter Maßnahmen in den unterirdischen und oberirdischen

Bereichen.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die zusätzlichen Leistungen stehen in enger technischer Abhängigkeit zu den bereits durch den AN erbrachten Planungsleistungen und NT-Leistungen. Eine Vergabe dieser NT-Leistungen an einen neuen AN bedarf einer zeitintensiven Einarbeitung in die komplexe Bph-Planung und die Sachverhalte vorheriger Mehrkostenanzeigen (LÄ 51a, 296 und 346a). Die für 04/2022 geplante Inbetriebnahme der Bph 1.2.3 musste u.a. aufgrund von planerischen Mängeln um ein Jahr verschoben werden. Um den neuen IBN-Termin für die Bph 1.2.3 in 04/2023 nicht zu gefährden, sind die Nachtragsleistungen kurzfristig durch den bereits gebundenen AN zu erbringen.
