Im Rahmen der Erstellung Fachgutachten Umwelt (LBP, UVS, AFB, WRRil, §34 BNatSchG) wurden vom Auftragnehmer zusätzliche Leistungen erbracht. Diese basieren auf Planungsmehraufwand, der zum Zeitpunkt der Erstellung der Ausschreibungsunterlagen im Detail nicht bekannt war.
