Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Aufgrund der Ergebnisse aus den Bohrkernentnahme bei der EÜ Bonhoeffer Straße besteht der begründete Verdacht, dassauch die EÜ Sendelbachgraben asbesthaltige Baumaterialien enthält. Da die Entsorgung asbesthaltiger Materialien Mehrkostenund einen erhöhten Zeitaufwand bedeuten würden, ist zur besseren Planung des Bauablaufs für den in 2022 geplanten Rückbaueine Bausubstanzbeprobung notwendig und stellt eine zusätzliche Leistung dar. Ein weiterer AN müsste sich aufwendig in dieThematik einarbeiten, wodurch Synergieeffekte verloren gehen.
