Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Eine Ausschreibung und Neuvergabe dieser Leistung hätte zur Folge, dass die vertraglich festgelegten Termine nicht gehalten werden könnten, die wiederum zu Verzögerungen bei den anderen beteiligten Gewerken führen würden. Mit der Vergabe der Leistung an den Hauptunternehmer kann die Terminschiene vsl. gehalten werden. Durch Neuauschreibung der zusätzlichen Leistung ist der Fertigstellungstermin gefährdet. Zusätzliche Schnittstellen zwischen zwei Auftragnehmern erfordern zusätzliche Koordinierungsleistungen sowie vsl. dadurch weitere entstehende Kosten.
