Für die unterirdischen Personenverkehrsanlagen (uPva) München Hauptbahnhof und Marienhof wurden mit dieser Vergabe die Leistungen der technischen Bearbeitung ausgeschrieben. Ergebnis ist eine geprüfte und zur 2 / 5 Ausführung freigegebene Ausführungsplanung die dem Stand der Lph 5 der HOAI entspricht. Inhaltlich sind hier u.a. folgende Planungsbereiche enthalten:- Planung Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau (Rohbau der Stationen, bergmännische Bauweisen der Bahnsteigröhren und Verbindungstunnel, maschineller Vortrieb Tunnel mit Trogbauwerk) sowie- Planung Raumbildender Ausbau / Innenräume und- Planung TGA / Ausbaugewerke weiterhin- Planung sonstiger Anlagen (u.a. Wartungs- und Reinigungskonzept; Warenautomaten; Fahrkartenautomaten; Fahrkartenentwerter; Notrufstelen; Crowd Management; Gebäudeautomation).

VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

LÄ H-28 - Im Zuge der Anstrengungen den S-Bahnbetrieb sicherer zu gestalten und mögliche Störungen weitestgehend zu vermeiden soll die Möglichkeit des Einbaues von Bahnsteigtüranlagen vorgehalten werden. Die in der Entwurfsplanung entwickelten Details der Bahnsteige können die zusätzlichen Kräfte der Verankerung sowie den notwendigen Platzbedarf für die TGA dieser Anlagen nicht aufnehmen.

Gemäß Abstimmungsprotokoll vom 19.06.2022 zwischen dem Projekt 2. SBSS, DB S&S und dem Freistaat Bayern wurde entschieden, Vorhaltemaßnahmen für Bahn-steigtüranalagen planen zu lassen. Die Entscheidung über die zukünftige Umsetzung der Bahnsteigtüranlagen im Projekt 2. SBSS wird somit offengehalten. Zum Zeitpunkt der Anordnung zur Planung der Vorhaltemaßnahmen waren Bahnsteigtüranlagen im DB Regelwerk nicht vorgesehen

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Bahnsteigtüranlagen sind im DB Regelwerk noch nicht vorgesehen. Jedoch haben Studien den Vorteil solcher Anlagen in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Störungsvermeidung und Reduzierung der Haltezeiten klar aufgezeigt. Daher solle solche Bahnsteigtüranlagen vor allem bei Neubauten der DB baulich vorgesehen werden. Bei der Vergabe des Planungsauftrags VE 550 an die INGE waren nicht einmal die Vorhaltung solcher Anlagen vorgesehen und wurde daher nicht beauftragt
