Die zusätzliche Leistung erstreckt sich über die Ergänzung von zusätzlichen Positionen, die den aktuellen Stand der Technik unter Einbezug aller für die uneingeschränkte Funktionsfähigkeit der Digitalfunkanlage notwendigen Voraussetzungen wiedergibt.

Die zusätzlichen Leistungen sind den folgenden Kapiteln im Vertrag zugeordnet:

01.04. Baustelleneinrichtungen (LH Kapitel 4) - 6 zusätzliche Positionen für Bau-Hilfsleistungen

01.06. Stahlbau (LH Kapitel 6)- 2 zusätzliche Positionen zur Berechnung Fundamenterstellung Outdoorschrank

01.07. Tiefbau (LH Kapitel 7) - 2 zusätzliche Prüfung zur Fundamenterstellung Outdoorschrank

01.08. Hochbau (LH Kapitel 8) - 30 zusätzliche Positionen zur Erstellung von Brandschotten und Verlegung von Brandschutzkanal

01.09. Führungssysteme für Kabel und Leitungen (LH Kapitel 9) - 2 zusätzliche Positionen zur Kabelbefestigung

01.11. ITK-Kabelanlagen und Abschlüsse (LH Kapitel 11) - 36 zusätzliche Positionen für Kabel und Zubehör für die Installation von HF-Kabeln

01.12. Anlagen der Elektrotechnik (LH Kapitel 12) - 4 zusätzliche Positionen zur Elektroinstallation

01.17. Rückbau - 3 zusätzliche Positionen zum Rückbau von Bestandskabeln

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Der Lieferant verantwortet gemäß Vertrag die vollumfängliche Montage/Installation von Systemkomponenten sowie aller erforderlichen Verkabelungs- und Installationsleistungen und notwendigen Stahlbaukomponenten zur Herstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit der BOS-Anlage. Stationsspezifische technische Anforderungen an Installationssysteme sowie Vorgaben zur Aufstellung der Anlagentechnik und Verlegung der HF-Kabel unter Einhaltung der brandschutztechnischen Vorgaben machen die zusätzlichen Positionen zur uneingeschränkten Vertragserfüllung zwingend erforderlich
