Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

36 - Zusätzliche Leistungen bei den Kabelarbeiten:

1. Anpassung Mastkopf 0-5 um die bestehende Traverse für das Anbringen einer Schaltertraverse mit MS Kabelendverschluss ausrüsten zu können.

2. Herstellen Kabelweg 0-5 bis 0-3b per Handschachtung aufgrund der fehlenden Möglichkeit der Einsatz vom Technik aufgrund s

Geländeprofil

3. Zur Sicherung von MS Kabel gegen Schäden wurde das Anbringen von Schnittschutz festgelegt.

4. Anpassung vom Schaltposten Doppelboden zur Ermöglichung einer Einführung vom MS Kabel in die Schaltzelle hinein.

5. Leistung und Lieferung von Innenraumendverschlüssen.

6 .Zusätzliche Logistische Aufwendung zum Transport von Kabeltrommeln aus gesicherten Lagerstätten aufgrund geteilter Verlegungstermine und -bedarf von MS Kabel.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Eine Ausschreibung und Neuvergabe dieser Leistung hätte zur Folge, dass die vertraglich festgelegten Termine nicht gehalten werden könnten, die wiederum zu Verzögerungen bei den anderen beteiligten Gewerken führen könnte. Mit der Vergabe der Leistung an den Hauptunternehmer kann die Terminschiene vsl. gehalten werden. Andernfalls resultieren weitere Mehrkosten. Durch Neuauschreibung der zusätzlichen Leistung ist der Fertigstellungstermin gefährdet. Zusätzliche Schnittstelle zwischen zwei Auftragnehmern erfordern zusätzliche Koordinierungsleistungen.
