Das Rathaus wurde in den Jahren 1924 bis 1926 und 1954 - 1958 errichtet. Gegenstand der jetzt anstehenden

Sanierung ist der Nordflügel.

Das Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst die Starkstromtechnische Seite des Rathauses.

Das Gebäude überstreckt sich auf 5 Etagen. Der Nordflügel hast eine bestehende NSHV. Von dieser NSHV

werden die 5 Etagen angebunden.

Elektroinstallationsarbeiten

- ca. 80 km Installation Leitungen

- ca. 800 m Kabeltrasse

Bestandteile der Ausschreibung sind im wesentlichen: Niederspannungsschaltanlagen inkl.

neuer Hauptverteilung, Kabel- u. Leitungsverlegung, Beleuchtung, Brandschutz, KNX-Systemen,

Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlagen und Mediensäulen.

Die Anbindung der innerstädtischen Baustelle ist verkehrstechnisch nicht unproblematisch (teilweise:

beschränkte Tonnage, beschränkte Durchfahrtshöhe, Fußgängerzone, 3-mal wöchentlich Wochenmarkt,

Straßenbahn vor einer Fassade).

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Im Zuge des Baustopps gab es Planungsänderungen, wodurch Massenmehrungen im Leistungsverzeichnis Starkstrom entstanden sind. Ebenso sind die im Hauptangebot angebotenen Preise durch Preissteigerungen nicht mehr auskömmlich. Diese Preissteigerungen und Massenmehrungen werden mit de Nachtrag 1 abgegolten.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Baustopp auf Grund von Mängeln an den im Bestand befindlichen Betondecken. Diese Mängel sind erst bei Ausführung entdeckt worden.
