Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Während der Bauarbeiten stellte sich heraus, dass zusätzliche Trockenbauarbeiten erforderlich waren, um die räumlichen Anforderungen des Bauvorhabens vollständig zu erfüllen. Diese zusätzlichen Arbeiten waren in den ursprünglichen Vergabeunterlagen nicht vorgesehen. Ein Wechsel des Trockenbauunternehmens kam aus wirtschaftlichen und technischen Gründen nicht in Frage. Das ursprünglich beauftragte Unternehmen hatte bereits beträchtliche Arbeit in das Projekt investiert, verfügte über das erforderliche Fachwissen und die Erfahrung im Umgang mit den spezifischen Gegebenheiten der Baustelle. Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers hätte erhebliche Verzögerungen und zusätzliche Kosten verursacht. Die Qualität der Trockenbauarbeiten war von entscheidender Bedeutung, um sicherzustellen, dass das Bauvorhaben den Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards entspricht. Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers hätte das Risiko von Qualitätsproblemen und Verzögerungen erhöht.
