Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Das Projekt erforderte spezielle technische Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten um den Anforderungen an die Abdichtung, die durch den Bauphysikberater festgelegt wurden, gerecht zu werden. Das ausgewählte Unternehmen verfügte über das erforderliche Fachwissen und die Erfahrung im Umgang mit den spezifischen Gegebenheiten der Baustelle. Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers hätte erhebliche Verzögerungen und zusätzliche Kosten verursacht.
