Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Zusätzliche Leistung der bauzeitlichen Kabelsicherung in provisorischen gedeckelten Kabeltrögen aus Kunststoff. Die Ausführung der zusätzlichen Leistung ist in den Gesamtablauf des AN eingebunden. Ein weiterer AN würde den AN in der Ausführung behindern. Die Gesamtverantwortung für die mängelfreie Kabelsicherung kann nur dann durch den AN übernommen werden, wenn keine weiteren Schnittstellen zu neuen AN entstehen.
