Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

MKA 282 - Im ESTW-Gebäude musste zur IBN eine provisorische Pumpenanlage errichtet werden. Dies ist auf die fehlende DBMASSoftware von DBKT zurückzuführen. Die Wasserhebeanlage stellt nun im Zusammenhang mit der Softwarezuschaltung den Endzustand dar und ist für die Herstellung einer abnahmefähigen Gesamtanlage erforderlich

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Bei einem Wechsel des ANs würde Wissen aus der Bauausführung verloren gehen bzw. wäre erhöhte Einarbeitungszeit notwendig - somit wäre eine Wechsel des ANs nicht wirtschaftlich möglich. Die Gewährleistung der bisher erbrachten Leistung von MHEL würde bei einer Neubeauftragung einer anderen Firma entfallen.
