Explanation:

In dem vorherigem offenen Verfahren konnte kein Zuschlag erteilt werden, da alle Angebote auszuschließen waren. Die bisherige Versicherung endet zum 31.12.2023. Um zu einer neuen Versicherung ab dem 01.01.2024 zu gelangen, musste ein Verhandlungsverfahren mit den Interessenten des offenen Verfahrens durchgeführt werden.

Nach dem Ablauf von 10 Kalendertagen, gerechnet ab dem Tag nach der Veröffentlichung dieser Bekanntmachung, darf der Auftraggeber den Vertrag abschließen.

Um den Vertragsabschluss zu unterbinden, muss der Auftraggeber zuvor von der Vergabekammer über einen Antrag auf Nachprüfung informiert worden sein. Dementsprechend muss wiederum vorher ein Antrag auf Nachprüfung bei der Vergabekammer eingereicht werden.
