Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Der abweichende Vertragsgegenstand bezieht sich auf die Errichtung einer temporären Rampe an der Eisenbahnüberführung Ziethenstraße. Diese Rampe wird erstellt, um das Ein- und Ausfahren am Quadranten I der Ziethenstraße auf der Bauebene der Strecke zu ermöglichen. Diese spezifische Aufgabe ist nicht im Hauptvertragsangebot enthalten .Der AN ist bereits in die vorgesehene Maßnahme eingebunden und mit dem erforderlichen Personal vor Ort, sodass die Erbringung dieser zustätzlichen Leistung durch den vorhandenen AN wirtschaftlicher ist.
