MKA 007 Durchlässe

Nach Vorgaben der Gemeinde Westoverledingen sind die Straßendurchlässe km 4,310, km 4,582, km 4,594 und km 314,282 nicht als Stahlrohre auszuführen. In Absprache mit der Gemeinde sind Wellkunststoffrohre zu verwenden.

Die zusätzlichen Leistungen sind nicht Teil der Ausschreibung und wurden erst im Zuge der Realisierung erkannt. Sie sind für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Gesamtprojektes notwendig und zum Hauptvertrag nicht trennbar. Die zusätzlich erforderlichen Leistungen sind im Zusammenhang mit den vertraglich vereinbarten Arbeiten durchzuführen.
