Ausschreibungsgegenstand sind die Gerüstarbeiten im Rahmen der Erweiterung und Sanierung der

Grundschule Augustastraße. Diese werden für die Ausführung der WDVS-Arbeiten im Bereich der neuen

Fassade des Anbaus, für die Fassadensanierung der Bestandsfassaden sowie für die Zimmer-, Dachdeckungsund Klempnerarbeiten benötigt. Der Auf-, Um- und Abbau erfolgt in Teilabschnitten, angepasst an den Bauablauf der durchzuführenden Arbeiten

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Aufgrund von Verschiebungen im Bauablauf werden vom AN Kostenerhöhungen nachgewiesen. Die Zeitverzögerungen waren nicht vorhersehbar.
