II.2.4)Description of the procurement at the time of conclusion of the contract:

Das bestehende 7- geschossige Altenpflegheim wird saniert. Die Altenhilfeeinrichtung besteht aus ca. 115 Bewohnerplätzen, dazugehörigen Bädern, Pflegedienstplätzen, Arbeitsräumen unrein und Büroräumen.

Beim Neubau handelt es sich um ein vollunterkellertes 5 geschossiges Gebäude mit 28 Wohnungen (betreutes Wohnen), 4 Pflegezimmern, Dienstzimmern, einem Büro, einem Untergeschoss mit Küche und einer Dachterrasse.

Im Kirchenraum wird ein Gebäude integriert. Das hauptsächlich als Kindergarten für zwei Gruppen genutzt werden soll. Der verbleibende Raum, die Plaza, dient als Veranstaltungsraum. Die Sakristei wird aufgestockt. In diesem Gebäudeteil werden Büroräume untergebracht.
