Die hier beschriebene Leistung umfasst im Wesentlichen die Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerk Leistungsphasen 5 - 8, Tragwerksplanung Leistungsphase 4 - 6 sowie besondere Leistungen und die örtliche Bauüberwachung für den Ausbau der Polderdeiche von km 0+000 -4+440 mit einer optimierten schmalen Innendichtung und einer Böschungsneigung 1 : 2,5 sowie 1 : 2,7. Der Ausbau bindet dann bei km 4+440 an den vorhandenen Polderdeich an.

Der aktuelle Nachtrag beinhaltet zusätzliche Leistungen in der Objektplanung für Ingenieurbauwerke in den LP 5-8 und in der Tragwerksplanung in den LP 4-6.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Im Rahmen der Projektplanung ergeben sich zusätzliche zund geänderte Leistungen, die im Zuge der Angebotserstellung nicht bekannt waren und sich auf Grund der langen Projektumsetzungszeit sowie der derzeitigen Bearbeitung ergeben haben. Nach Abstimmung mit Grundstückseigentümern machen sich Änderungen an der technischen Lösung erforderlich. Aufgrund von Optimierungen an der Trassenführung und in der Bauwerksgeometrie haben alle Planungsänderungen positive Auswirkungen auf Baukosten, Eingriff in Natur und Landschaft sowie geringere Flächenbedarfe.
