         Die AFK Geothermie GmbH (im Folgenden: AG) ist ein Sektorenauftraggeber im Sinne von § 100 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 GWB mit Sitz in Aschheim im Landkreis München. Sie plant, die bestehende Anlage zur Förderung von Thermalwasser aus dem Malm-Tiefengrundwasserleiter in der Nähe der Gemeinde Aschheim (Tiefengeothermieanlage) um eine zusätzliche Dublette zu erweitern. Die in dem Thermalwasser enthaltene Wärme soll in der Anlage ausgekoppelt und zur Fernwärmeversorgung verwendet werden. Die Tiefengeothermieanlage wird auf einem Betriebsgrundstück des AG errichtet. Die Arbeiten sollen voraussichtlich 2025 erfolgen.

         Der Auftragnehmer (AN) übernimmt die Lieferung von zwei API konformen Bohrlochköpfen mit der Druckstufe von mindestens 3.000 Psi inklusive Engineering und Service für den druckdichten obertägigen Bohrlochabschluss von zwei abgelenkten geothermischen Tiefbohrungen (pro Bohrung ca. 3.700 m MD) am Standort der AFK Geothermie GmbH in Aschheim.
