Mehrleistungen im Zeitraum 01.07.2022 - 31.01.2024 für das Bauvorhaben "Errichtung von Lärmschutzwände in Asbach-Bäumneheim".

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

LÄ2 - Die Errichtung der LSW im Zusammenhang mit Baubetrieblichen Störung der Oberleitung in Sperrpausenzeit mit Bedarf ein zusätzlicher BÜ, Abstimmungen und Koordinationsleistungen der BÜ um die Sperrpause nicht zu gefährden. Auch die Durchführung der 4 LüDora Fahrten innerhalb der SPP die nicht vorhersehbar waren. Die Unterstützung durch BÜ für Leistungsbeauftragung eine andere Sicherungsfirma, wegen Teil Absage der beauftragte Sicherungsfirma.Wirtschaftlich und projektspezifisch ist es sinnvoll und notwendig, die Fa. DB&C GmbH weiterhin zu beauftragen, da als aktueller leitender BÜB dieses Verfahrens, ist er als eingewiesene Person wichtig, auch gegenüber der Anlagenverantwortlichen, Behörden und erforderlichen umfangreichen Streckenkenntnisse um die Arbeiten ohne betriebliche Einschränkungen durchzuführen.
