         Das Land Baden-Württemberg, vertreten durch das Regierungspräsidium Karlsruhe, Abteilung 5 Umwelt, Landesbetrieb Gewässer (Auftraggeber) beabsichtigt, für den eigenen Geschäftsbereich

         die Lieferung und Reinigung von Mietkleidung sowie Reinigung von eigener Schutzkleidung für die Wasserbauarbeiter des Landesbetriebs Gewässer

         als Auftrag zu vergeben. Näheres hierzu ergibt sich aus diesen Ausschreibungsbedingungen und beiliegender Leistungsbeschreibung gemäß Anlage 1.

         Die Auftragsvergabe richtet sich nach dem Gesetz gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen Teil 4 (GWB) und der Verordnung über die Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge (VgV). Die Ausschreibung wird im Rahmen eines offenen Verfahrens europaweit durchgeführt.

         Ausgeschrieben wird die Lieferung und Reinigung von Mietkleidung (Arbeitskleidung) für regelmäßig 1XX Beschäftigte (Abweichungen in der Zahl der Beschäftigten während der Dauer der Vertragslaufzeit erstrecken sich auf übliche Arbeitsvertragsbeendigungen sowie Neueinstellungen) sowie die Reinigung von eigener Schutzkleidung (Wetterschutz- und SchnittschutzkIeidung) je nach Bedarf.

         Erforderliche Reparaturen der zur Reinigung angelieferten Kleidungsstücke werden vom Vertrag ebenfalls mit umfasst.

         Einzelheiten zu Lieferung, Reinigung und Reparatur von Mietkleidung bzw. eigener Schutzkleidung ergeben sich aus der jeweiligen Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage 1).
